Excellent Individualised Service

I have been a tenant with NIRE for almost three years and have found the staff to be very professional and friendly, as well as empathetic and responsive when there are maintenance issues. The team are a pleasure to work with - they communicate well, are very respectful and even when they are very busy, still provide excellent individualised service.
